Processing time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

- Australia: 10-20 business days
- Rest of world: 10-25 business days
Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer free shipping on orders over 200£.
Tracking Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs and duties International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
Lost or stolen packages Elavo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package has not arrived please contact us at [your email] and we will do our best to help.
